EVIDENCE BEFORE PROMISES

Evidence of the work, with context.

Agency delivery is easier to evaluate when the work is described plainly: what was happening, what was done, what changed and what could not be attributed with confidence.

How to read these examples

These examples reflect work Varun Mohite personally delivered or supported during previous agency and consulting engagements. Client names, logos and performance figures are omitted where publication permission or attribution boundaries have not been confirmed.

A case study is not a promise that the same outcome will occur in every account. It shows the type of delivery problem that can be supported, the decisions made, the work completed and the evidence available.

Why the evidence is framed this way

Generic claims are easy to make and difficult to evaluate. A useful example gives the agency enough context to decide whether the type of work resembles its own requirement. It should not hide behind a single percentage or imply that a platform outcome was caused by one intervention when the evidence cannot support that conclusion.

Some engagements are best evidenced through completed systems, deliverables, decisions or improved reporting rather than a single performance metric. That is still useful proof when it is described honestly.
